Step into a pivotal role with a renowned and growing household-name FMCG organisation. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a strategic driver across multiple categories, delivering valuable financial insights and analysis to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will center around collaborating with commercial divisions to deliver critical performance insights and support data-driven strategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Business planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Monthly & quarterly management reporting
- Financial modelling for strategic planning initiatives
- KPI reporting and business performance reviews
- Trade spend and new product development analysis
- Variance and trend analysis across business units
- Strategic and ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions
- System reporting enhancements and support
- Contribution to business plans and special projects
You are a CA or CPA qualified accounting professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for analysis. Your experience comes from a large, complex business—ideally within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced industry. You bring:
- A proven background in financial analysis and business partnering
- Advanced financial modelling and data analytics expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A creative, commercially minded approach to driving business insight
