The responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role will see you business partnering internally and supporting various senior and state based divisional leaders. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Support operations through the provision of analysis of financial results and performance issues
- Division results preparation and management reporting
- Perform key planning and analysis duties
- Supply chain and margin analysis
- Business case and capex assessments
- Spearhead process improvements across both operations and finance
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested
You will be a CPA/CA qualified finance professional with experience from a similar commercial role where you can demonstrate strong business partnering and analytical skills. Industry background is flexible, however you will come from a large, matrix style business and experience in FMCG or retail will be advantageous. You will possess a curious mind and be a forward thinker, able to provide valuable insights. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to present findings to stakeholders will be second to none.
