As they enter a new phase of growth, the Finance Manager will support the CFO by managing the day-to-day financial operations and team.

About the role:
Reporting directly to the CFO the Finance Manager will be hands-on and primarily responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, driving the budgeting and forecasting process, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO to devise and execute financial strategies
  • Supervise day-to-day operations within the finance department to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Take charge of producing and delivering precise and punctual financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Offer insightful financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making, encompassing financial modelling, profitability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Management of the Finance team whilst fostering a culture of excellence, continual enhancement, and professional advancement.
  • Coordinate the annual audit in conjunction with external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
  • Tertiary education in Commerce, Finance or Business
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager position or similar
  • Industry exposure to FMCG or Manufacturing
  • Motivated and vibrant personality to align with our business culture.
  • Desire to grow with and contribute to the organisation.
  • Strong Excel and ERP experience
