As a Finance Manager - Financial Control, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting results for their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Financial Accounting, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead an off-shore team and foster strong relationships across the finance team and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure effective financial accounting and reporting, challenging and improving existing processes
- Maintain compliance and engaging with auditors
- Review month-end journals and reconciliations
- Prepare various analyses to validate the accuracy of monthly results
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Involvement in ad-hoc project work as needed
- Big 4 or Mid-Tier First or Second Mover Ideal
- Relevant Bachelors with additional CA/CPA Qualification
- Four years of experience in a similar role, including in consolidation and preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, strong communication skills
- Process improvement mindset
