This temp role has been created to support the finance function during a transformational period, ensuring continuity across shared services operations while supporting leadership and knowledge transfer within the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the transactional finance function, helping maintain operational stability across high-volume finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking functions across multiple regions
- Ensure continuity across high-volume transactional finance operations
- Partner with current leaders to transition processes, controls and key team knowledge
- Maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Lead and support the shared services / transactional finance team during a period of change
- Work within the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system
- Proven experience leading shared services or transactional finance teams
- Strong leadership capability with a hands-on and collaborative approach
- Comfortable stepping into a changing environment and providing stability
- Strong understanding of AP, AR and high-volume finance operations
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Process focused with an eye for improvement and operational efficiency
