As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join their finance team and help drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accountant, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- Preparing month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation adjustments
- Handling Accounts Receivable invoicing and payment matching
- Setting up new suppliers
- Scheduling and processing payments
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function
- Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Finance Officer or similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
