Reporting through to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure group monthly accounts are closed timely & accurately and comply with relevant accounting standards
- Assist in preparation of budgets and ensure accuracy in a timely manner
- Accounting for indirect overheads on a monthly forecasting and budgeting, including evaluation and analysis
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure any identified issues are resolved on a timely basis
- Manage capital expenditure reporting, capitalisation of fixed assets and fixed asset register
- Co-ordinate year end audit and completion of year end statutory accounts
- Prepare and lodge the yearly FBT & Payroll tax return
- Analyse financial KPI’s and work with other teams to improve performance
