Key Responsibilities:
Supporting multiple internal divisions, your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key divisional stakeholders and the business services team.
- Leading the preparation and ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Reviewing tax-sensitive accounts to meet tax reporting requirements.
- Ensuring the integrity of general ledger transactions by supporting processed journal entries and adjustments.
- Coordinating intercompany and interdivisional balances.
- Managing month-end accounting activities and compiling items for management review.
- Preparing Group Reporting Packs in accordance with reporting deadlines.
- Overseeing account reconciliations for internal and external audits.
- Providing support to divisional finance teams as required.
- Acting as backup support for other roles when necessary.
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as needed.
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Relevant Bachelors degree and 3+ years relevant experience
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) Qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP and Tableau experience favourable
- A continuous process improvement mindset
