The Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Accountant who is at the start of their career to join a growing finance team. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be exposed to multiple business areas, leading new system improvements and collaborating with different stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and review month end processing including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Consolidating monthly, half-year, and year-end accounts and report packs.
- Gathering key data and trends to create reports.
- Providing performance insights, analysis, and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Maintaining fixed asset capital expenditure and providing reporting on the asset register.
- Ad hoc project work.
- CA/CPA qualified or have nearly completed your CA/CPA.
- Experience in a financial accounting role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ideally, experience with NetSuite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
