The Role
Reporting to the Financial Manager; your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain project budgets and forecasts
- Maintain projects and contracts and provide analysis as required
- Review project feasibilities on new projects on current landholdings
- Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reports
- Process End-of-Month journals
- Preparation of End-of-Month and End-of-Year ledger reconciliations
- Prepare Statutory Reporting
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- Assist with audits
- Completing Tax Returns, BAS and tax provisions
- Ad hoc reporting
- CA/CPA qualified
- Prior experience in a property development/construction organisation or a Big4/mid-tier chartered accounting firm servicing clients from property development/construction
- Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
- You will have demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
