With an turnover in excess of $1B and an appetite to continue to grow off the back of excellent market conditions, this 6 month contract is an ideal time to join their finance team.
The Role
This role works closely with all levels of management and site operations to produce accurate and timely financial and ad hoc reports. Duties involved:
- Weekly & monthly reporting for the portfolio;
- Tracking and reporting of capital and project expenditure;
- Liaising with Site Operations and the Commercial team to prepare and processes general ledger journals, review revenue transactions and resolve financial queries;
- Management of monthly balance sheets;
- Analysis of data to prepare weekly forecasts;
- Financial KPI reporting, invoicing and freight analysis;
- Fixed asset register; and
- Work with the corporate team for year end audit, stocktakes, revenue and debtor reporting.
You will be CA/CPA qualified (or working towards). Ideally you will have experience working within a similar industry such as service, manufacturing, supply chain / distribution. Strong communication skills are a must as your role will have you building internal and external relationships. Lastly, high attention to detail and the ability to meet strict reporting requirements and deadlines is essential.
