The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all entities
- Deliver timely financial insights to support commercial decision-making
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage external audits and coordinate tax compliance requirements
- Partner with department heads to improve financial understanding and performance
- Mentor and support members of the finance team
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with experienced working within a product based environment or making your first move from Big 4 / Mid Tier. You have the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and can manage multiple priorities, remaining poised and efficient under pressure.
