About the role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting and collaborating closely with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team, this newly established role offers an exciting opportunity to support the corporate finance team in delivering accurate and timely reporting and analysis. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiencies and drive improvement across the finance function.
Responsibilities:
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and month end journals
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Financial modelling to support business strategies
- Supporting annual corporate budgeting and forecasting
- Seek and implement improvements in systems and processes
- Stakeholder engagement
- Support Audit requests for information
- CPA or CA qualification
- Proven experience in a chartered environment, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm at a Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent understanding of internal controls and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel is essential
