Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider commercial teams, you will play a key role in supporting forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and financial analysis. You will help translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their commercial finance and business partnering skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and strategic planning processes
• Assist with monthly performance reporting and financial analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support pricing, investment and resource allocation decisions
• Translate business strategies into financial targets and performance insights
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain and operations to support commercial decision-making
• Prepare and deliver clear financial reports and insights for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning, forecasting and reporting processes
• Ensure strong financial governance and accuracy in reporting outputs
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA / CA studying or completed preferred
• Approximately 2–4 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan or similar
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualisation tools advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide commercial insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
