About the Role
As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, insightful financial analysis that enables strategic decision-making across the Australian & New Zealand business. Partnering closely with the FP&A Manager, you’ll influence key investment decisions and support the business through forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning cycles.

This role sits at the heart of Commercial Finance, acting as a central point for reporting, consolidations and performance analysis. You will also be responsible for managing month-end processes, owning marketing journals and accruals, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end P&L and balance sheet projections, reporting and variance analysis
  • Consolidate and analyse monthly forecasts, annual budgets and 3-year strategic plans
  • Prepare and post month-end journals, particularly across Marketing
  • Own monthly balance sheet reconciliations for marketing accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare executive-ready insights and reporting for senior leadership
  • Support the delivery of Board-level performance presentations
  • Maintain and analyse forecasts 
  • Drive continuous improvements to FP&A processes, reporting and governance
About You

You will bring:
  • CPA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Experience in an FP&A or commercial finance focused role
  • Experience in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry (highly advantageous)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to challenge assumptions effectively
  • Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
