Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy and initiative are valued? We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst to join a multinational wholesale/distribution organisation and help drive strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insights through financial, commercial, and data analysis.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide tools, analysis, and recommendations that challenge thinking and support strategy.
- Manage the weekly 20-week cash flow forecast.
- Conduct scenario modelling and market feasibility reviews for new business development projects.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Collect and interpret data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and business records.
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- 2–4 years’ experience in an analytical or financial role.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, controls, and statistical data analysis.
- High-level numerical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for senior stakeholders.
- Project management experience and a track record of supporting process improvements.
