Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the business units to formulate the annual budget.
• Partnering with budget holders to develop and update short range forecasts. 
• Lead process and system improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance accross systems.
• Provide financial insight on business performance through meaningful analysis and commentary as part of the month-end process.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements. 
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement within the FP&A function to standardise, improve efficiency and uplift reporting insights and analysis.
• Establish and foster effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the integrated planning tool 
• Assist in managing the capex process for the Operations business unit.

To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified with strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience with SAP and PowerBi. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the operational side of the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive, commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
