As a key member of the finance team, the FP&A Manager will take ownership of one of the company’s most significant revenue streams, providing commercial insight, financial leadership, and data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and accelerate growth. Role:
- Lead the FP&A process for a major revenue stream, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reporting
- Provide actionable commercial insights that drive operational performance and profitability
- Partner with operational leaders to understand business drivers and support decision-making
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, challenging assumptions to influence outcomes
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that clearly communicate financial performance
- Support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and growth projects with robust financial analysis
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leadership, providing clarity, insight, and recommendations
- Proven FP&A experience in manufacturing, high-volume operations, or complex operational environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
