The organisation operates within a complex supply chain and production environment, supplying essential consumer products into major retail and commercial channels. The business continues to invest heavily in finance capability, data infrastructure and commercial decision making.
Role:
This FP&A Manager position reports to the Head of FP&A with close exposure to the Director of Finance and the leadership team. The role focuses heavily on data analytics, financial modelling, product costing and enterprise reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial and product costing models
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Consolidate data across multiple ERP systems
- Build Power BI dashboards and reporting capability
- Deliver commercial insights to operations and leadership
- Partner with supply chain and product teams
- FP&A experience within manufacturing, FMCG or operational environments
- Advanced financial modelling and strong systems exposure
- Power BI, data analytics and strong Excel capability
- Experience working with complex datasets and ERP systems
- Strong communication and commercial partnering skills
