Our client is a successful, well-known national business with an excellent working environment. They are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their CBD team. A rare and brilliant opportunity has presented for a dynamic Payroll Administrator and Finance Support Officer who has proven experience in the field, to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Position Description
Reporting directly into HR, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with New Starters
- Reconciliation of Leave and other accounts
- Collating and entering changes to payroll
- Assisting with terminations
- Additional tasks to assist the broader team
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Administration and Finance Support Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to confidently work autonomously and capacity to assist collaboratively in a finance team
- A motivated and can-do mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- A happy and upbeat attitude
- Prior experience with ADP is favorable, but not essential
- Prior experience in an Accounts role, either Accounts Payable or Receivable
