Our client is a market leader in their field and are presently seeking an ambitious Graduate Accounts Officer to join their finance team. The business prides themselves on having an excellent team culture. This presents an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate to join their supportive team and hit the ground running. This is a great role for a motivated individual to join the business in a permanent position located in Melbourne’s CBD.

Duties
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Processing invoices daily
• Set up new vendors and suppliers
• Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Setting up new accounts and invoicing
• Account reconciliations
• Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required

  
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
