Our Client is a wonderful Not-for-Profit that is accomplishing wonderful things for children across Victoria. Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an Graduate Accounts Payable / Administraton Officer to immediately join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Accounts Payable duties
- Issue invoices
- Handle email and phone queries and other administrative duties
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the broader finance team
- Assist with fund raising events
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
- 12 months experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role would be highly desirable
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help and pitch-in when and where needed
