As Financial Controller (2IC to CFO), you will play a critical role in delivering support to the key stakeholders in making critical business decisions whilst enhancing the end to end finance function.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, your role is highly visible and is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of the division through leading the accounting function, ensuring effective controls and procedures are in place and providing accurate and timely reporting to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the financial control, finance team and function
• Leading month end reporting, ensuring financial integrity of the accounts
• Business partnering closely with leadership team to commercial analysis to support growth strategies
• Manage annual financial reporting close, budget and statutory accounts
• Work closely with offshore stakeholder operations team
• Manage a team of 3 direct reports and offshore transactional team
• M&A exposure would be considered favourably

Ideally you will have commenced your career within a chartered firm (CPA/CA qualified) and have since gained commercial experience within industry (manufacturing oriented sector). Moreover, you will be personable, have excellent communication skills as your ability to interact and influence key senior stakeholders will be critical to your success.
