We’re partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing significant systems and business transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape ICT strategy, uplift capability, and ensure secure, reliable and well-governed technology services.
The Role You’ll own the ICT function end-to-end—partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team, driving strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across infrastructure, systems, and security.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where communication and influence are just as critical as technical capability. You’ll lead a team of 10, guide the organisation through change, and break down silos to improve collaboration and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communicator with a charismatic, visible presence (naturally extroverted style preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships across the business and influence at all levels
- Comfortable “managing up” and translating ICT for a non-technical executive audience
- Experience navigating resistance to change and building trust to gain buy-in
- Solid technical background with a strong focus on delivery and communication
- Deep expertise in network and cyber security (critical priority), including infrastructure, storage, and secure environments
- Experience operating in highly audited or regulated environments
- Lead a team of 10 ICT professionals
- Significant systems and business change underway
- Established project coordination function (no need for a BA/Developer background)
- Mix of strategic and seasonal project delivery
- $180K – $220K + Super + $20K Car Allowance
- 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH
