We want to speak with candidates with a variety of skillsets including employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, providing general HR advice and dealing with HR queries. Strong communication and proactive mindset are essential.

• Junior HR Business Partners

What do we look for in candidates?

• 2-5 years human resources experience
• Experience advising on employee lifecycle related matters
• Experience assisting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR roles, with specific experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
