- Design and roll out HR initiatives aligned with business goals, across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent through effective strategies and employer branding
- Manage complex employee relations matters, leading investigations and delivering outcomes with integrity
- Ensure HR programs comply with Fair Work Act and Australian employment legislation
- Drive people processes: annual pay reviews, performance cycles, talent calibration, succession planning
- Enhance HR systems and processes - onboarding, payroll, HRIS - to boost compliance and efficiency
- Lead or support engagement events, L&D initiatives, and continuous process improvements
About You
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work compliance
- Hands‑on experience across ER/IR
- Skilled communicator, trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
