As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to leaders across the business, you will be working in a team of 6 other HR individuals. To be successful in this role you will have experience in providing best-practice generalist HR advice and support, through expert Employee Relations advice and support to leaders throughout the business. To thrive in this position, you will have a very strong background in the handling of performance matters and providing advice/outcomes. This role will require an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiatives on tasks. You will enjoy being agile and flexible as this role is a true HR generalist position.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to performance management, industrial relations, remuneration and best practice HR solutions;
- Provide informed and timely advice to key internal stakeholders in regards to employment relation issues;
- Handle to end to end case management and take the lead in resolution of matters, investigations, performance management;
- Work in collaboration with the HR Manager in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices relating to HR and safety;
- Handle the injury management process, to ensure effective employee return to work and rehabilitation.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Proven experience in a human resources generalist position;
- Demonstrated experience in handling case management, Employment Relation and Industrial Relation matters;
- Ability to interpret organisational policies and procedures, enterprise agreements, awards and relevant employment legislation;
- Experience in providing end-to-end management of WorkCover, rehabilitation and return to work functions will come highly regarded;
