Our client is a well known and reputable ASX listed business. They are currently looking for an iChris/TA21 System Specialist to assist with configuration, data conversation, user acceptance testing and parrel testing, writing documents and training. This is a temporary assignment for approximately four months (with a potential view to extension).
Position description
Reporting directly to the Payroll Project Manager, you will be responsible for
- Configuration and data conversion to TA21
- Assist with payroll UAT and conducting parallel test runs
- Uploading data from legacy system to iChris
- Identifying issues and fixing defects in the system
- Business partner with Payroll & Finance teams on Payroll best practices
- Data cleansing & maintenance
- As well as any adhoc duties such as creating reports in report designer (ichris)
The successful applicant will have
- Prior experience in a Payroll System Specialist role
- Previous experience with TA21, iChris or Chris21 is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills and intermediate Excel skills
