As a key member of the Catering and Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-end hospitality services across the firm. It's worth noting that out-of-hours work may be required at short notice so flexibility is important.

- Provide professional food and beverage services, including espresso coffee-making and prompt service.
- Assist in the setup and pack-down of the daily Café, providing boardroom services for late client meetings, after-hours meals, and team drinks/gatherings.
- Clean, restock, and service the Café, staff kitchens, and meeting areas.
- Set up, pack down, and service client meeting rooms, including audio-visual equipment.
- Provide professional waiting service for various events, including boardroom meetings, formal and informal lunches, cocktail events, and firm-wide morning teas.
- Deliver daily staff lunch orders and assist with food re-heating and preparation.
Skills and Experience
- Recent graduate from a recognized hospitality training college or experience in a hospitality/corporate boardroom environment (desirable).
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- Commitment to delivering excellent and quality customer services.
- Strong sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
- High attention to detail, including when cleaning and servicing staff kitchens.
- Friendly and energetic attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Barista training.
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
