If you are a savvy construction lawyer who is looking to make their first move In House or are already working In House and are seeking an opportunity in a fast paced and dynamic environment then this is an opportunity you will need to consider.

In this role you will advise across:

• Reviewing head contracts at tender stage and negotiating amendments to head contracts at execution 
• Reviewing and negotiating amendments proposed by subcontractors 
• Providing preliminary advice on contractual issues and disputes at both head contract and subcontract level;
• Updating standard form contracts 
• Administering, maintaining and updating a legal compliance register 
• Supporting the General Counsel with any other additional duties 

You will have at least 2 years and up to 6 years PQE. You will have a strong grounding across the Construction and Infrastructure space. You must have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills and you will have exceptional negotiation skills. A strong commercial mindset and can do attitude is also required.
