Sitting as part of the AU Leadership Team, the Innovation Manager is a newly created role reporting to the CCO. You will play a pivotal role in driving the ideation, planning, development and success of new and existing business opportunities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of products from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. You will be responsible for future product development, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, production performance optimisation and stakeholder management. 

We are ideally seeking an experienced Innovation Manager who has a minimum of five years' experience in a senior role focused on new business, product and brand opportunities. Ideally you will have experience in a start-up and/or small business, or start-up product and can demonstrate taking this from inception to success. Experience working in a matrix structure will also be highly regarded. Experience working with similar or physical products will be highly regarded but is not essential. Strong planning skills and financial acumen are essential.
