Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver tech training to all personnel across multi office sites. This will predominantly be face to face, in person training. However, there could be a requirement for e-learning with interstate offices.
- Design and develop training content
- Act as a conduit between technology and business functions to ensure that tech applications can be translated into Layman's terms
- Produce scripts for interactive courses.
- Work with groups to ensure a personalised training is offered in alignment with their tech requirements.
- Conduct floor walks
- 3+ years experience in an IT training role (ideally within a professional services, enterprise sized organisation or legal environment)
- Bachelors' degree - Tech Writing, English or Instructional Design
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Certificate IV in Training & Education (highly desirable)
- Have a passion and aptitude for the role whilst constantly looking to improve and make day to day life easier for staff as well as improving efficiency.
- Follow the A.D.D.I.E instructional design methodology.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of e-learning tools (e.g. WebEx / Camtasia)
