Position Description 

Working within a supportive, positive and collaborative team, this role will be suited to someone who has 1-2 years exposure to payroll, and is looking to further develop in their career on a permanent basis. With exceptional training provided, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Payroll processing and calculations for the national fortnightly payrun
  • Email management
  • Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner
  • Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
  • Assist with reporting duties at end of month
  • Processing superannuation, workcover and payroll tax 
  • Assist the finance team when required (training provided) 

Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the willingness to work hard and the ability to pick things up quickly. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships and working as part of a team. They will also have the ability to prioritise their own work, and have excellent time management skills. You will only require 1-2 years experience in the payroll space, and will be eager to learn further facets of the role and upskill with excellent training provided.
