Our client in one of Australia’s market leaders in a rapidly growing industry. Due to a member of staff going away on extended annual leave, the business is currently looking for a Kronos expert to support the administration and maintenance of their time and attendance system.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance, as the Subject Matter Expert to business stakeholders and system users on Kronos T&A.
- To lead administration and application support of Kronos, our rostering system and provide the first point of contact for all Kronos T&A requests
- Ensure that Kronos configuration is correct for company EBAs & Awards.
- Assist in the management of the organisational payroll tool, and the management of interfaces between Kronos and the payroll system (PayGlobal).
- Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systems.
- Provide support and advice for sustainable improvements in information technology facilities and services related to HR systems.
- Preparation of purchase orders associated with Payroll invoices from creditors
Candidate Profile
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about administration of Kronos time and attendance system
- Understanding of utilizing payroll database software
- Experience in technical analysis for system changes ie. Pay rules and interpretation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- A positive ‘can do’, resilient attitude
