- Play a lead role in Kronos improvement
Working with one of the largest healthcare providers across Australia, a Kronos Payroll Specialist is needed to join the payroll and systems team to act as a SME. This role will be suited to someone who has a passion for payroll, systems, and has strong Kronos experience and knowledge.
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
- Creating required Kronos functions for any new services
- Maintaining and developing new system tools and reports
- Providing Level 2 support to Kronos Service Desk, including liaison with the application provider and managing upgrades
- Working across the in house based Kronos application
- Liaising with the Payroll Team and IT regarding configuration issues
- Actively work with application vendors to understand and influence future software releases, bug fix processes and escalation processes
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position where they have been relied upon as a SME for Kronos. You will be willing to be a team player, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Furthermore, you will have a strong ability to manage competing priorities, and be process improvement driven.
