About The Role
Reporting to the IR Compliance Manager and working within a large team, you will be responsible for:
- Configurating and testing for two new enterprise agreements.
- Documentation of new pay rules and ensuring that the HRIS, Time & Attendance (Kronos) and Payroll systems are in sync.
- Training line Managers to ensure they are across the new EA changes
- Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
- Maintaining and developing new system tools and reports
- Liaising with the Payroll Team and IT regarding configuration issues
- Actively working with application vendors to manage the process change
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have;
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos
- Practical experience with configuration and testing in Kronos
- Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Well developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage assigned tasks to achieve set milestones.
- Demonstrated problem solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
