The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join the team in Ingleburn on a temp-to-perm basis.
Reporting to the Logistics & Production Planning Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of finished goods to key mining customers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working autonomously and being part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review job packs and identify finished goods ready for dispatch
- Prepare packing lists, labels and delivery documentation
- Coordinate outbound delivery schedules with internal stakeholders
- Communicate delivery updates across production and logistics teams
- Identify and implement logistics process improvements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution environments
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Practical forklift experience loading/unloading trucks and containers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exposure to technical drawings or CAD (highly regarded)
- Experience in production, manufacturing or fabrication environments (advantageous)
