About the Role
- Ensure that the Load Plans are followed in a through compliant and proficient manner.
- Ensure sub-contractors are compliant under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations
- Manage the schedule (hours) and load weights during fleet allocation to maximise Transport CoR performance
- Ensure Transport cost % is to revenue of 70% (through fleet utilisation and allocation)
- Ensure there are minimal customer service contractual issues (quality) related to Transport performance (less than 5 per year)
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Liaise with the operations team and Site Leaders
- Previous experience in a Warehouse or Logistics role.
- 1-2 years’ experience in and administrative role
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
- Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilising ERP Systems (preferred)
- Planning experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable)
- In-depth understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management)
