As a key member of the Corporate Services team, you will be accountable for the provision of a high quality, timely and accurate management accounting and finance business partnering support to internal and external stakeholders. The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the following.
- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and profitability
- Prepare monthly management and financial accounts
- Perform variance and trend analysis on P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare end-of-month reporting, including Board, cash flow, and statutory reports
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support the annual budgeting process through analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts as needed
- Prepare and lodge periodic tax submissions (GST, BAS, FBT)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in developing commercial responses to service changes or tenders
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required

The Candidate
You are CA/CPA qualified (or currently completing), have strong analytical and advanced Excel skill, and have a demonstrated knowledge and experience in management accounting, costing and reporting. You will also have well-developed communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
