Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, the position will play a key role to manage and report financials, this includes responsibility for the preparation, analysing and distribution of financial data and reports to the management team. This role will have the opportunity to work with all different business groups.
This is a crucial role within the business and one that will suit someone looking for an opportunity to work as part of a larger group and wanting to further develop your abilities in a challenging and broadly focused Management Accountant role within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare monthly P&L’s and relevant management reports
- Provide insights on how the business perform and identify trends outside agreed budgeted targets.
- Analyse data and prepare meaningful commercial reports to operations management and head office
- Prepare and co-ordinate region budget and forecast by established deadlines.
- Assist operations to identify gaps and drive performance
Skills and Experience
- Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience desirable
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to SAP would be advantageous but not mandatory
