About the role 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Direction of this Revolutionary SaaS Marketplace Organisation across the Property industry | $100-120,000 package 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist with planning, management, and execution of commercial marketing communications and B2B campaigns across multiple digital and direct channels.
  • You will be someone who is curious, has a genuine can-do attitude and enjoys working in an agile environment. You’re comfortable with being hands-on and building frameworks and structures among multiple departments and teams.
  • You will work closely with sales and product teams to understand current revenue opportunities
  • You have outstanding knowledge of revenue marketing and how to use physical and digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. and proficiency in data interpretation to make informed decisions and implementation
  • You understand the challenges faced by each business persona and use this to create targeted campaigns addressing and solving these challenges. 
  • You have a deep understanding of analysing the marketing campaign results and interpreting those results for constant improvement of campaigns and funnel optimization.
  • You have experience in customer journey mapping and building and executing effective marketing programs across the customer journey to optimize and accelerate pipeline generation.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in B2B businesses, ideally SaaS, technology, property or Marketplaces
  • Strong experience collaborating across both technical and non-technical teams to drive success
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B revenue marketing strategy implementation, analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a commercial marketing mindset
  • Turn data into actionable insights to unlock growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills without fear of over-communication
