Your Purpose
  • The primary purpose of this role is to undertake Analyst tasks, such as reporting, data review and analysis, problem solving, writing business requirements, support with testing system features and defining new processes.
  • The position is also responsible for billing system administration and supporting the systems and process team across various tasks, including assistance in engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • The position is a great opportunity for someone who has an aptitude for data and systems analysis as it will provide exposure to Salesforce and ZUORA, a variety of documentation using google apps (including slides and sheets) and stakeholder management.
A Day in the Life...

What are the main responsibilities/areas of accountability for this position?
  • Perform new billing activities for Projects or Initiatives
  • Billing dispute investigations
  • Identify billing solutions to reduce manual entry points or processes that are inefficient and distinguish user requests from underlying capability needs.
  • Support in extracting and analysing data trends and groupings.
  • Create a variety of lucid charts.
  • Data extracts and csv file creation, matching of data.
  • Participate in testing and input/creation of test cases.
  • Work with the various teams (Data/Ops/Salesforce/Product/Finance etc.) to collaborate and engage with stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our businesses to understand their system and business requirements.
  • Support the Digital Solutions team to deliver to Service Level where required
  • Support the team to deliver the commercial operations roadmap.
  • Support sales related projects, initiatives and resolutions from a billing analyst perspective.

What experience and/or technical knowledge is required for this position?
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Awareness in Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
  • Advanced excel skills and / or data analysis and comfortable with providing insights.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and able to work collaboratively.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of billing practices and revenue reporting.
  • Good ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Snowflake or other SQL based database management systems
