This role is responsible for training the NSW region of store employees on the retail standards and working with suppliers on product training to ensure all staff are providing a great, informative service to customers.
Duties
- Building great relationships with franchise owners to understand their needs and staff members.
- Diary management to see all stores in region
- Continuous follow up and check ins on stores performance
- Develop training plans for individuals and stores
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a field training role
- Training qualification needed
- History of getting results in a previous training role for a retail environment
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for sales
