This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Office Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks, and acting as the go-to person for office coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management – Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
- Administrative Support – Provide general administration assistance across departments, including document preparation and data entry.
- Facilities & Supplies Coordination – Manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure facilities are maintained.
- Meeting & Event Coordination – Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Compliance & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, assist with policy compliance, and generate reports as required.
- 3+ years’ experience in an office coordination, administration, or operations support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience managing office supplies, vendors, or facilities is highly regarded.
