The Operations Coordinator will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that purchase orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while resolving any issues that arise. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities — particularly during peak business periods such as end-of-quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, from purchase order through to delivery and invoicing
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics partners to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor and manage fulfilment platforms and internal order systems
- Support outbound planning and resolve any supply chain disruptions
- Maintain up-to-date records and reporting dashboards using MYOB, Excel and CRM tools
- Track and report on DIFOT performance, aiming for 100% delivery accuracy
- 3-5 years’ experience in an operations, logistics, or supply chain support role
- Comfortable managing supplier relationships and working with 3PL providers
- Strong communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Proficient with systems such as MYOB, Excel and MS Dynamics (or similar)
- Exposure to regulated or highly process-driven industries is advantageous
