About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Strategy, Compliance and Operations (HCMS), the Operations Manager will lead and oversee key program functions including:
- Audit Management
- Business Operations
- Financial Processing
- Resource and Recruitment Management
- Quality Assurance
- Correspondence and Media Relations
Key Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading internal audit activities, compliance, and liaison with external auditors
- Managing day-to-day operational activities for seamless delivery
- Overseeing budgets, invoices, and financial reporting
- Allocating human and material resources effectively
- Leading recruitment and sourcing of both public service staff and contractors
- Designing and delivering onboarding processes for new team members
- Ensuring quality control across written communications, reports, and media interactions
- Coordinating correspondence and public messaging with consistency and clarity
- Preparing strategic briefs, reports, and official documentation
- Supporting media engagement and public relations as needed
