About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, managing a team of 17–18 field technicians, supported by schedulers and compliance staff. Acting as the right hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring and motivating operational staff to deliver results
- Overseeing scheduling, compliance, fleet management, stock and OH&S
- Managing and growing key commercial accounts across retail and education sectors
- Driving operational efficiency, role clarity, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and KPI achievement
