Our client is a well-established, privately owned construction management firm known for delivering high-quality solutions across a range of projects. Experiencing continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Bookkeeper to join their close-knit finance team on a permanent, part-time basis.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank, credit card and account reconciliations
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- Processing and reconciling credit card transactions
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar Bookkeeping or Accounts Clerk role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and high level of computer literacy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player with the ability to multitask
