About the Role:

A well-established business based in Pakenham is seeking a reliable and organised Part Time Logistics Administrator. This role plays an important part in coordinating daily dispatch activities, assisting with shipping documentation, and supporting the broader operations team with administrative tasks. 
The role offers part-time hours, with primary coverage required on Mondays, and the potential for support on Tuesday. (Hours can be structured flexibly for example one full day or multiple shorter shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily courier and freight collections, including domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare, collate, and manage all dispatch, shipping, and export documentation.
  • Generate, print, and reconcile freight and pallet labels with dispatch quantities.
  • Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and customs brokers to confirm bookings and shipment details.
  • Track incoming shipments, maintain accurate delivery records, and process freight and supplier invoices.
  • Support internal teams with logistics queries, reporting, system updates, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in administration, dispatch, or logistics support.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing routine operational tasks.
