With a focus on innovation and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a long term basis, working part-time hours 3 days per week. Position Description:
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, you will work in a medium sized team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of employee timesheets
- Weekly payroll processing for 1,200+ employees
- Processing new starters and payroll adjustments
- Interpreting various EBA's and awards
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Reporting duties
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Payroll position as well as the following attributes:
- Possess high level attention to detail
- Energetic and positive can do attitude, with a keen eye for detail
- Well developed verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
